I hit the jackpot at the Goodwill and Salvation Army yesterday and today, on winter boots for everyone in the family. Everything was half off, and I got the greatest pair of long white snow boots for myself. I just know they will come in handy VERY SOON when we travel to meet our Ava!

Check for rattlesnack fangs in used boots. Heard once of a guy who got used boots and died, only to find that the previous owner had gotten snakebit.
